Last Man Standing Match: Big Show vs. MVP- MVP wins with help from Triple H to end his losing streak. I think they should have given this more hype because the storyline was good. It's just that with Triple H's Rumble participation on the line and the magnitude of MVP's losing streak, this could have been bigger than it was. Match was kind of boring too.

Battle Royal: Randy Orton vs. Cody Rhodes vs. Ted Dibiase vs. Kane vs. Santino Marella vs. Kofi Kingston- I get the need to show a preview for the Rumble match this Sunday but a 3-4 minute battle royal? If anything, this shows that these kind of matches suck and the Rumble isn't worth watching. Big swing and a miss here.

IC Title Match: CM Punk vs. William Regal- Part 3. Punk wins the title after a so-so Raw match but he was given plenty of time to celebrate the win afterwards, which was nice to see as this comes in his home town.

Contract Signing with JBL/John Cena/Shawn Michaels- This will go down as one of the best, if not THE best interview of 2009. Great intensity here, especially by Michaels and Cena. I have to give it up to Cena. Lately, he hasn't said stupid things like "eat poo" or other babyish things like he has in the past. His intensity in interviews really has become his best attribute.

Vince/Stephanie/Chris Jericho/Randy Orton Interview- Jericho is forced to apologize and gets his job back. Randy Orton comes out to talk more smack and before Vince can fire him, Orton knocks the mic out of Vince's hand and punts him in the head. I thought the interview was lame during the Jericho part as it dragged but again, another intense moment here, this time by Orton and turned this into another great segment. What's going to happen to Orton at the Rumble and next week on Raw? Will I see Vince at the Raw show in Oakland in 3 weeks now?
